Refundable Fares

Refundable tickets are eligible for a refund subject to the airline's cancellation fee. Once the airline processes the refund, funds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Our service fee of up to $50 per ticket is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fares

Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances as per airline policy. However, some airlines may offer a travel credit or voucher at their discretion. Contact us and we'll explore all options on your behalf.

Flight Cancellations by Airline

If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund of the fare to your original payment method. Contact us immediately and we will process the claim with the airline.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval by the airline. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
